Cheesy Pasta

When making a pasta and sauce dish, cook a bit extra. Layer the leftovers, adding a cheese layer, in a dish which is suitable for freezing and cooking. Grate cheese over the top. Cover tightly and freeze.
When you've run out of ideas or ingredients for dinner, heat through in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the top is bubbling.
